Please read these terms & conditions carefully before booking. You should understand that by booking any of our services, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.
Booking procedure
By booking and paying for a tour with Paris Photo Walks, you agree to and accept the following terms & conditions. This agreement is between you, the participant (henceforth referred to as “you” or “participant”) and Paris Photo Walks.
Order, contract and communication language is English.
None of these terms & conditions affects your statutory rights. No other terms or changes to the terms & conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing signed by us.
Our prices are displayed in Euro (EUR).
To make a booking and guarantee your place on Paris Photo Walks, you must provide payment in full. Payments can be made to Paris Photo Walks by paying the invoice that shall be sent to you by email. You can place a booking or reservation with Paris Photo Walks either by e-mail or via the contact form.
Upon confirmation of your booking, Paris Photo Walks will issue you a confirmation e-mail with meet-up location details and guide contact telephone number.
Paris Photo Walks reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and tour offerings without prior notice.
Payment
Full payment is required upon booking. Minimum cancellation of 48h required, where 50% of the deposit will be refunded. No refund shall be made if cancellation occurs within less of 48h of the tour.
Weather Conditions
Tours run regardless of weather conditions and unless stated otherwise.
Camera & Film
It is not mandatory to rent an instant camera to attend the tour. Please let us know how many cameras are requested in your group.
It is possible to purchase instant film from your guide during the tour. Please keep in mind that we accept cash only during the tour.
If a camera suffers damage or breakage during the tour you will be asked to pay 80 EUR in damages. Payments can be made in cash or by credit card through an invoice sent by Paris Photo Walks.
Disclaimer
Instant photography involves a chemical process and results may vary due to various reasons such as weather conditions, temperature, light conditions, etc. (this is a non-exhaustive list).
Participant engagement
The participant should be at the meeting point 5 minutes before the tour is scheduled to start. You agree that Paris Photo Walks representatives may take photographs and films of you whilst touring. You agree that images may be used for marketing purposes by Paris Photo Walks. These images may be used in, but are not limited to, brochures, websites, print media and promotional videos. These images may be used for publicity and advertising without Paris Photo Walks obtaining further consent or payment for the use of the images.
Cancellations & refunds
Tours may be cancelled/changed by Paris Photo Walks due to unforeseen circumstances. Paris Photo Walks reserves the right to cancel/change tours. In the event a tour is cancelled/changed, you will be notified via email. In the event of a cancellation by Paris Photo Walks you will receive a full refund for the amount paid.
